Thoughts
Thoughts, an AI voice journaling app, is the brain child of Ashwath Rajan. We joined forces to design an experience that helped people better understand themselves. The app makes it easy to not only capture your thoughts, but you’re also able to search your prior entries and ask questions about yourself, your trends, and your unique life journey.
UI/VISUAL DESIGN ART DIRECTION ILLUSTRATION
I developed a visual brand for the app that helped convey trust, warmth and has a little play.
The logo direction was an abstract representation of both the loose nature of thoughts as well as a sound wave.
Poppins became the go-to type for this brand because it reads playful, modern, and friendly.
Raleway was used as body type. It has a nice variation of thin and thick strokes, giving it a modern, elegant look.
